This meditation can be done either in the morning or the evening. If you do this eleven minutes every day, your entire life will change. This will give you a new life. Do this for forty days, it will change your personality from A to Z.

What we are doing today is very important. We have one central nervous system. When that one central nervous system goes out of control, the re-entry of prana into the physical body is proportionately less. I want you to experience that. I want you to understand that the inflow of the pranic body and the physical body have an established relationship. Sometime you might have understood, in the simple sense of life, that a person has died and after half an hour, they come back. They are alive again. They say certain things, do certain things, and work out things for a couple of hours. Then they die again. ...It is just that the pranic body re-takes the life from the subtle body, pushes it back in (to the physical body), balances it out, and you are alive. Push it out and you are dead. That is the driving conclusion. We'll like to feel this relationship, so we may know about it.

When the first three exercises are done for three minutes each with powerful Breath of Fire through the rolled tongue, they can totally take care of you beyond your belief, expectation, or capacity. Make them a part of your life. Yogi Bhajan said that if you couldn't do Half Wheel Pose in exercise 1, then substitute Bridge Pose.

This is an excellent kriya to do before chanting the Siree Gaitree Mantra (Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung). It is also good to practice 26 times in the morning and 26 times in the evening. This kriya gives you power, strength, and vitality. Whenever you get a fever, sickness or discomfort, do this kriya. It is a cure within you. At first the tongue will be bitter then it will become sweet. Once it becomes sweet, you have overcome all sickness inside. People who practice this kriya have all things come to them that they need by the planet ether. In mystical terms, you are served by the heavens.

The quantity, quality, and circulation of the breath creates the foundation of a vital and creative life. It is a barometer of how much energy we normally run on, and how much reserve capacity we have created for emergencies. The breath is both gross and subtle. The gross aspect is the blend of oxygen, nitrogen, and other elements that constitute air. The subtle aspect is the prana or vital force that energizes the mind, body, and consciousness. Most people do not breathe correctly. Breath signatures that create shallow, erratic, upper-chest breathing are common. The lack of relaxation and well-being on a personal as well as collective level, along with other factors, inhibits proper breathing. Yet, of all the positive changes a person can make, learning to breathe deeply, and completely is probably the most effective for developing higher consciousness, and for increasing health, vitality, and connectedness in one's life.

This kriya balances the aura and electromagnetic field, stimulates the elimination of toxins, develops muscular coordination, and gives balance to the brain. It is a great practice for staying in tune, particularly if you have something to do that requires quick, clear decisions, and delicate manipulations. It is also excellent to practice if your work gives you brain fatigue and mental sluggishness. Exercises 1 through 4 balance the aura, muscles, and brain. Exercises 3 and 4 are especially good for brain balance. In fact, Exercise 3 was used as part of a system of therapy for the mentally imbalanced. They would feel great pain and yell and scream. But the pain is only a record of the amount of brain adjustment needed. Exercises 5 through 8 work on breaking up the deposits and releasing tension caused by poor digestion and high toxicity. Exercises 9 and 10 open the head and lung areas. Exercise 11 consolidates your mental projection into a one pointed positivity toward yourself and your daily tasks.
